The President has passed comfortably through the day. He has taken the usual amount of nourishment by the mouth, with stimulating enemata at stated periods. His rise of temperature this afternoon is a degree less than yesterday at the same time, and his pulse is less frequent than at noon to-day. The parotid swelling has been discharging more freely, and is continuing to diminish in size.
