12.30 P. M.
The President has been tranquil, and has not vomited since the morning bulletin, but has not yet rallied from the prostration of yesterday afternoon as much as was hoped.  The enemata administered are, however still retained.  At present his pulse is 114; temperature, 98.3°; respiration, 18.
