12.30 A. M.

The President’s condition has changed very little since the last bulletin.  Pulse, 112; temperature 99.8° respiration, 20.  Some tympanites is recognized.  Does not complain so much of pain in the feet.

In view of the fact that it is deemed best to keep the President perfectly quiet during the night, no further examinations will be made and no other bulletins issued until 7.30 this morning.
